The median home price in Concord has been on a decline for the past several months. This is pretty normal to happen seasonally and probably has also been negatively effected by uncertainty in politics lately. The good news for home sellers is that we did see a nice increase for the first part of the year. We saw the same thing last year but it was uncertain if it was caused by the First Time Home-Buyer Tax credit. This year there was no tax credit or government intervention to cause the increase, it was simply market demand.
