Home prices rose again in Walnut Creek over the past month for both Walnut Creek condos and single family homes. Last year (2011) single family home prices hit a peak in June while condos made gradual gains throughout the year to peak in November. We have passed both of those marks already this year in April. Will they continue to rise? It’s anyone’s guess but most signs are pointing to yes.
As you can see it is also taking less time to sell a Walnut Creek single family home or condo.
